Patients with Dental Insurance:
Our staff will check your benefits and send in the proper forms in order to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. As a courtesy, only the estimated portion of your bill will be due at the time of service. If we have estimated in error, we will either send you a reimbursement check or a bill should your portion not be payable at the time of service. We can certainly discuss other financing options with you prior to treatment; however, regardles of your dental coverage, you are still responsible for the entire account.
Patients without Dental Insurance:
If you do not have dental insurance, the total fee of the root canal treatment must be paid upon completion of the treatment; unless special financial arrangements have been made prior to treatment. For more help, we offer Care Credit, an interest free loan, which can help with medical and/or dental procedures. For more information, you can visit Care Credit’s website
